Born and raised in Phoenix, AZ Karina offers perspective on the challenges clients face locally. Karina did not start off as a social work major at Arizona State University but switched over to social work when she realized that was her calling. She graduated in 2019 from ASU with her bachelor’s and then her Masters degree in 2022.

Since then Karina has worked in many different populations such as crisis intervention, medical social work, and so much more. Karina continues to use these developed skills to help her community.

In her spare time, Karina enjoys Jujitsu and other physical activities that complement an active lifestyle.
