Biography

Dr. Fasani is a resident physician in the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Program committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care with a focus on prevention and community health. 

A Phoenix native, Dr. Fasani earned her undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, majoring in Medical Microbiology with a minor in Nonprofit Leadership and Management. She completed her medical education at Midwestern University – Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned both her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and a Master of Public Health. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine, women’s health, underserved populations, full-spectrum family medicine, and community outreach. She values early intervention, continuity of care, and building lasting relationships with patients and their families. 

Outside of medicine, Dr. Fasani enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing games, watching movies, completing puzzles, and exploring Arizona’s dining, concert, and sporting events.
