HealthyU Clinics, a leading provider of integrated primary and specialty care services with locations in California and Arizona, has acquired Valley Primary Care Physicians. Dr. Goldansky, Dr. Nafisi and Dr. Garreton will continue providing care to patients at the current location 1728 W. Glendale Ave., Ste. 301 in Phoenix. The acquisition was completed on August 15th, 2025 with a strong focus to broaden access to healthcare services and strengthen continuity of care in the community.

Dr. Alvin Goldansky is board certified in internal medicine. He is a graduate of the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico, Mexico City and finished his internal medicine residency at LaGuardia Hospital, New York City. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys jazz and gourmet cuisine.
Dr. Carlos Garreton is board certified in family medicine and practicing since 1982. After graduating from the University Autonomous of Guadalajara, he completed his residency at Phoenix Baptist Hospital and was in private practice until he and Dr. Goldansky and Dr. Nafisi formed Valley Primary Care Physicians in 1991.
Dr. Khosrow Nafisi is a board-certified internist and has practiced in the Valley since 1987. He graduated from Mashhad University in Iran in 1972. He completed his internal medicine residency at Martin Luther King Hospital in Los Angeles, California. He is fluent in Persian.
