The practice is located at 9139 W. Thunderbird Rd. Ste 265, Peoria, Ariz. 85381. They will retain the current practitioners and staff, including Dr. Pedro Rodriguez, Hiu Ling (Sammi) Wong, MSN, FNP-C, and Lorena De Alejandro FNP-C, as well as five medical assistants, and several front desk and administrative staff.
