Dr. Tanner is a resident physician in the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Program who is dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care. Originally from Mesa, Arizona, Dr. Tanner has a special interest in sports medicine and enjoys helping patients stay active and achieve their health and wellness goals.
Dr. Tanner earned his undergraduate degree from Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa.
