Samantha grew up locally and has worked in the community since high school, beginning her career as an EMT and later working as a Critical Care Technician in an ICU. Most recently, she worked as a Medical Assistant at a family health center, where she quickly developed a passion for family medicine.
While working in these roles, Samantha commuted to MCPHS Boston to complete both her undergraduate and graduate degrees. She ultimately returned to the same health center where she had previously worked to complete her family medicine rotation during school, further solidifying her passion for the specialty.
Samantha’s passion lies in family medicine and building long-term provider-patient relationships. She values preventive care, chronic condition management, care coordination, and providing compassionate care during sick visits. She takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to healthcare and believes in shared decision-making, empowering patients with a comprehensive understanding of their health and care plans.
Outside of her career, Samantha enjoys sewing, spending time outdoors, traveling, being with her family, and spending time with her dogs. She is passionate about making the most of all that life has to offer and is excited to care for patients of all ages, including welcoming pediatric and adolescent patients.
Still living locally, Samantha is excited for the opportunity to give back to the community that has given so much to her.
