Dr. Mena is a resident physician in the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Program who is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and building lasting relationships with patients and their families. Originally from Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota, Dr. Mena is passionate about preventive medicine and caring for patients across all stages of life. He has a particular interest in sports medicine and pain management and hopes to remain involved in youth mentorship to encourage individuals from underrepresented backgrounds to pursue careers in medicine.
Dr. Mena earned his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, Minnesota, and his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine.
