Titan CEO and headline sponsor Alerus are pleased to announce Varesh Chaurasia of HealthyU Clinics as a 2026 Phoenix Titan 100 honoree.
The Titan 100 program recognizes Phoenix’s Top 100 CEOs & C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industry, using criteria that include demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.
Together, the 2026 Phoenix Titan 100 honorees and their companies generate more than $10 billion in annual revenue and employ over 60,000 people across the region and beyond.
This year’s honorees will be published in a limited-edition Titan 100 book and profiled exclusively online. They will be honored at the annual awards ceremony on September 24th, 2026, and will be given the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.

For Varesh Chaurasia, healthcare has always been personal. He co-founded 4C Medical Group with his late physician brother in 2007, and together they set out to build a practice that empowered physicians, strengthened care coordination, and most importantly improved the patient experience during critical transitions between care settings. Following his brother’s untimely passing, Varesh carried that vision forward, growing 4C from a four-physician practice into one of Arizona’s largest privately held integrated primary care groups, ultimately acquired by Optum in 2019.
Today, as CEO of HealthyU Clinics, he is expanding physician-led, value-based care across Arizona, California, and Massachusetts with a focus on improving access, continuity, and outcomes for patients while reducing fragmentation across the healthcare system. Under his leadership, HealthyU has scaled rapidly and was named the Phoenix Business Journal’s #1 Fastest Growing Company (under $20 million), achieving 998% revenue growth in just three years.
Despite that growth, Varesh remains focused on the mission that has guided him from the beginning: empowering physicians to deliver more connected, patient-centered care.
