Claire B. Lazaro is a licensed and nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered primary care to individuals and families throughout California’s Central Valley. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and her Master of Public Health and Graduate Certificate in Health Disparities and Health Inequalities from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
Claire brings broad clinical experience to primary care. She has worked as an urgent care provider in the United States, caring for patients across the lifespan—from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. Her nursing background also includes critical care, post-anesthesia care, and telemetry. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University, Stanislaus.
For nearly seven years, Claire served as Director of Clinical Services at Valley Mountain Regional Center, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a parent and advocate of two children with autism, she brings a deeply personal understanding of family-centered care.
