We are pleased to share that Dr. Sylvia Gutierrez of Gutierrez Family Medicine will be joining HealthyU Clinics. Effective August 31, 2026, Dr. Gutierrez will begin seeing patients at our Phoenix location at 1835 W. Missouri Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85015, where she will continue to provide the personalized, compassionate care her patients have trusted for more than 31 years.
Dr. Gutierrez is a bilingual family medicine physician originally from San José, California, dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare to both English- and Spanish-speaking patients. She earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1992 and completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital & Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1995.
With more than three decades of experience in primary care, Dr. Gutierrez specializes in preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness exams, diabetes care, and hypertension treatment. She remains committed to serving the community with compassion and excellence as she joins the HealthyU Clinics family.
