Dr. Alford is a resident physician in the Abrazo Family Medicine Residency Program who is dedicated to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting health and wellness within the community. Originally from Horn Lake, Mississippi, Dr. Alford has a broad range of professional interests, including community and preventive medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine, women’s health, procedural medicine, global health missions, clinical research, and mentorship in medical education.
Dr. Alford earned undergraduate degrees from The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, and Dallas Baptist University in Dallas, Texas. She received both her Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
